Ya Laili (means my night) is a widley used word in the Arab world songs, It's doesn't really refer to the night it self; I think it's refer to the emotions of the night such as sleepless, romance, silence...Etc

Hey--another meaning for Laili!
My name is Laili--I was named after a friend of my dad's from high school. She was Sioux indian, and Laili in their language supposedly means, "song of the meadowlark". Meadowlarks don't sing in the night, but they do make a beautiful song first thing in the morning!
